Therapy rates vary based on the individual needs of each child, typically ranging from $150 to $250 per session. Evaluations can cost between $350 and $500.

Pay-as-you-go: Make your payment for each treatment session at the time of service.
Prepayment discount: Receive a 10% discount for prepaying for six sessions in advance.

Insurance Information
Child First Therapy is a self-pay clinic and is not in-network with insurance. However, we’re happy to help you obtain and submit paperwork to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Insurance billing can be complex. Before starting therapy, it’s a good idea to call your insurance provider and ask:
-What are my benefits for out-of-network occupational therapy or pediatric consultation?
-What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has already been met?
-How many visits are allowed per calendar year?
